Patrick Iliasu ( Site Supervisor )

I’m Patrick Iliasu from Edo State, a graduate of Urban and Regional Planning from Auchi Polytechnic. With four years of experience in architectural design and site supervision, I have successfully transitioned into the field of architecture. Currently, I serve as a Co-Architect and Site Supervisor at Talentcity, Abuja.

Samson Eyetan Iyogun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology and a Master’s degree in Construction Technology, bringing over nine years of extensive experience in the construction and building industry. Throughout his career, he has supervised multi-billion Naira projects across various states in Nigeria, managing both residential and commercial developments with a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail. His expertise spans all phases of project management, from planning and execution to quality control and client relations.

He is dedicated to contributing efficiently and strategically to organizational goals, utilizing his creative problem-solving abilities to drive successful project outcomes and exceed expectations.

Smart Oladele Longe ( Finance Control Officer )

Smart Longe is a distinguished Finance Control Officer with a robust career spanning over 12 years, characterized by his deep expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. He began his professional journey in the banking sector, having stint with GTB, FCMB. He later moved to Polaris Bank where he swiftly rose through the ranks to become a Branch Manager and later an Area Manager.

Seeking to apply his banking experience to a broader, more dynamic environment, Smart transitioned to the role of Finance Control Officer at the Talentcity Project in year 2019. Here, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a strategic mindset to one of the most ambitious and innovative urban development projects in the region. Smart’s role involves overseeing all financial aspects of the project, from budgeting and cash flow management to financial reporting and audit processes. He is deeply involved in developing and executing financial strategies that are aligned with the project’s vision for long-term growth and sustainability.

Omoefe Elizebeth Akukuata ( Head of Administration )

Omoefe Elizebeth Akukuata is a highly skilled Head of Administration with over eight years of experience managing administrative functions across diverse industries, including construction, structural engineering, and the NGO sector. A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with a strong foundation in organizational management and strategic planning, Efe brings a unique blend of adaptability and expertise to the construction industry.

With a proven record of optimizing administrative operations, streamlining workflows, and enhancing interdepartmental coordination, Efe excels in creating efficient processes that support overall business objectives. Badejo Itunu Mrs. ( Administrator / Civil Engineer / Technical Directress )

This is the person in charge of all administrative works of the company. She attends to our clients with our company’s value highly defended. She ensures all our projects are carried out to detail and to client’s satisfaction.

She also ensures that all projects are supervised to the instructions of the Project manager and the Managing Director.

Ogunlana Festus ( Projects Manager - Substructures / Geotechnics )

This is the person in charge of practical execution of all projects. He ensures all projects are carried out at a minimum cost, to the satisfaction of our clients and to the interest of the company.

He also approves funds in place of the M.D. where applicable for the execution of all projects that the company handles.

Olatayo Ajiboye ( Managing Director )

Olatayo Ajiboye boasts a rich entrepreneurial background coupled with extensive experience as a project manager in the construction industry, spanning over 15 years. With a valued portfolio encompassing projects valued at over 10 billion Naira across Nigeria, he has demonstrated prowess in overseeing diverse ventures.

As the visionary behind Skillharvest ltd, an acclaimed EDtech enterprise, he has empowered over 10,000 Nigerian youths with proficiency in technology, creative arts, and emerging tech skills. His managerial expertise extends to prominent projects situated in Lagos, Abuja, Owerri, Umuahia, and Port Harcourt.

Moreover, he is a notable real estate investor and the driving force behind Talentcity Group, a renowned real estate development firm specializing in commercial and residential properties. Committed to addressing industry challenges, he established Sabiwork, a solution – oriented initiative tailored to meet the dynamic demands of construction stakeholders in Nigeria.

Grounded in civil engineering and project management, Olatayo Ajiboye has cultivated a distinguished career path both domestically and internationally.

Kutelu Oladayo (Projects Manager - Superstructures / Civil Works)

This is the person in charge of practical execution of all projects. He ensures all projects are carried out at a minimum cost, to the satisfaction of our clients and to the interest of the company. He also approves funds in place of the M.D. where applicable for the execution of all projects that the company handles.

Awodumila Olayemi ( Geological / Geophysical Consultant )

This person scrutinizes all our geological/geophysical designs before they are sent out and executed. He is also in charge of monitoring detailed and reliable geological survey and execution. He is a legend in water services.

Matidi Adewale ( Civil Engineering Consultant )

This person scrutinizes all our structural designs before they are sent out and/or executed. He is also in charge of stamping all our reports and designs with the COREN seal.

Ajiboye Francis Dayo ( Site Resident Engineer )

This is the Engineer that is always available at our sites. He attends to clients and any visitors that check on the site. He also ensures that any project he supervises is carried out according to the instructions of the Project manager and the Managing Director.

Ajiboye Oluwanishola ( Senior Technical Engineer )

He oversees the technical aspects, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and regulations. His expertise is invaluable in resolving technical challenges and providing expert advice to project teams. By coordinating with architects, contractors,and other stakeholders, he facilitates smooth project execution. Furthermore, the Senior Technical Engineer contributes to the advancement of the industry by developing innovative construction methods and materials.

Adedara llori ( Structural Engineer )

This is the structural Engineer of the company. He designs and monitors all structural works. He also ensures that any project he supervises is carried out accordingly to the instructions of the Project manager and the Managing Director.

Quadri Lawal ( Geologist )

This is the Geologist that is always available at our sites. He attends to clients and any visitors that check on the site. He also ensures that any project he supervises is carried out according to the instructions of the Project manager and the Managing Director.

Oyinloye Paul ( Technical Site Geologist )

This is the Geologist that is always available at our sites. He attends to clients and any visitors that check on the site. He also ensures that any project he supervises is carried out according to the instructions of the Project manager and the Managing Director.

Oyerinde Tobi ( Structural Engineer )

This is the structural Engineer of the company. He designs and monitors all structural works. He also ensures that any project he supervises is carried out according to the instructions of the Project manager and the Managing Director.
